Cancellation Policy
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 100% cancellation fee for any cancellation within 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment, a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows.
Any no-shows / reschedules last minute will be charged 100% of the service.
If you’re late more then 15 mins appt will be cancelled and charged 100% of the service.
